I did some research and from what I gathered this is a corrupt operating system and I took advice from a video I saw and pressed f11 + Power which basically. 'Upon the 'Preparing automatic repair' window, press-and-hold Power button three times to forcefully shut down the machine. This may lose your local saved files, so be sure to back up your hard drive before you begin. Insert the Windows bootable installation disk into your PC that has 'Preparing Automatic Repair' or 'Diagnosing your PC' error message. If Windows 10 is still in an automatic repair loop (or if it has other issues that prevent it from booting up properly), you may need to consider more drastic repair methods, such as wiping and reinstalling Windows. Once you see the spinning dots, hold the power button for at least 10 seconds to do a hard shutdown.
